Financial Arrangements

At the time of the initial phone contact with our office, the staff will assist you in researching your insurance coverage and guide you through the steps that you will need to authorize your treatment.  Most insurance companies require that you be responsible for a portion of the fee for each service.

We have many qualified doctors and therapists who are in-network with most major insurance companies.  Some of the insurers that we accept are:
